As we age, the fat pads between the muscle and skin that support and shape the face start to get thin and weaken, the face begins to slowly sag and becomes more vulnerable to gravity.

Laugh lines are often caused by a loss of collagen and elastin to the skin, however this can be addressed by exercise.

 

Exercise strengthens the muscles responsible for opening and closing the eyes by pumping blood into the area and firming the upper and lower eye lids, helping to reduce and prevent laugh lines around the eyes.  

 

The exercise also plumps out and lifts under eye hollows.

LIP LINES

The structures that give our lips their full, plump shape weaken over time. The upper lip loses its definition and fullness.

 

When this happens vertical lines can often appear, even among non-smokers.
